Would I be the only one to have _seemingly_ contradictory behaviours?
I do not use a single criterion, and those vary depending on the scale of the
feature.

You have more information than I can draw from the history. One could imagine
that he filed the request in the wrong project (since he referred to the name
"MathUtils")...
People in Lang said this should better be in CM; I didn't have any objection,
and I was ready to write the code.
But I'm not going to insist.
