The Findbugs report is says Effort: minimum
Also the Findbugs plugin is out of date.
Ideally the Findbugs version and config should be defined as properties in the
pom, and then used in <plugin> sections for both <build> and <reporting>
sections so the plugin can be run using the command line and as part of the
site build (which takes longer).
