When running the html email tests with inline images, I do not see any
difference between 1.3.1 and 1.3.3.
The only notable change in 1.3.2 that might have an effect is the support for
the mail.mime.charset setting, but I fail to see how.
Can you also post the code to send the email and if possible the full
(obfuscated) eml file of the mail message received?
