[~bodewig], apologies i've update wrong JIRA with log for wrong file content.
So, I've re-ran the application with special jar you shared with correct zip 
file and I found below two entries in the console:

Setting size from Data Descriptor, size is: 228720944

Setting size from Zip64 Data Descriptor, size is: 2818241609157456, as BigInt 
2818241609157456

Can you make anything out of this?
