I guess that it will work when the URL exists, but the point is that it should
still work without it (unless I'm missing the purpose of the "test-deploy"
profile). Could you please post about the issue on the "dev" ML and file a bug
report at the Commons' [common JIRA
project|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COMMONSSITE]? It could well be
that additional properties must be set but IMHO, no connection attempt should
be made when performing a local test intended to ensure that we won't break
anything...
