Don't wipe partial log on build cancel
--------------------------------------

                 Key: CONTINUUM-1992
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CONTINUUM-1992
             Project: Continuum
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: 1.2.2
            Reporter: Michael Johns
            Priority: Minor

When a build is canceled, anything that has been logged up until that point is
lost and the log simply shows the ContinuumBuildCancelledException trace. It
would be immensely useful if the log up until that point was maintained and the
exception simply appended to the end. Sometimes we cancel builds because they
hang, and it becomes very difficult to debug that when the log is lost. Same
goes for builds that are canceled due to exceeding the build time threshold.
