Yes it downloads the .tar.gz file as expected. That's why this is so weird.
I can download the file and extract it to the location and create works. Next
when I try platform add, it fails again for the same reason. The CLI is
downloading the file, creating the folder structure but not actually populating
it with any files from the .tar.gz file. Weird, eh?
I just confirmed this with a colleague in Atlanta, same experience.
Could be an SAP thing, I'm on the road, so can't confirm this in my home lab
using non-SAP systems. Either something on SAP systems is blocking the
extraction or I'm perhaps somehow missing something that's supposed to extract
the files?
