Yes, we seem to be having inconsistent proxy problems here. I have been trying
all day to install Cordova on my Windows box and I'm having the same problems.
I just, finally, got it to install, and I'm seeing the same error I was having
on Windows, see below. Apparently it's seeing the folder structure and
assuming that the helloWorld project is there when it isn't. this is the exact
same situation I was experiencing on Mac OS yesterday.
The CLI is checking for www and assuming it contains the project. Apparently
the CLI installation is making the folder structure, but not populating it.
Create then fails because its empty.
