Patrick Mueller commented on CB-3997:
-------------------------------------

Looks good!

I'm not sure calling it "blog" is quite right. Howzabout "news" or "updates"?
I noticed you called it "updates" in the URL. "blog" has a connotation - to me
- that doesn't quite fit what I think the intention is, as well not fitting the
mechanics involved in "posting an entry" (eg, "rebuild the web site").

In any case, +1 on figuring out how to get a feed out of this!

But, back to blogs. It would be kinda nice to collect all the interesting blog
entries from the community into a single place, presumably external to the
apache site. Do we already have something like that? I'm kinda thinking of
something like JavaScript Weekly [1] or Status Code [2], but as a blog.

Do we already have something like that?

If not, seems like it could be useful, though it's prolly best to not host such
a thing on Apache, nor label it as any kind of "official" blog. Disclaimered
link from the apache site seems kosher. Would be a nice contribution to the
community!
