Joe Bowser commented on CB-3355:
--------------------------------

AFAIK, There is no support for this in Cordova at this time. You have to
change it manually from the drawable folder.

> When I try to change the icon image for my android app from config.xml file
> i.e., change the "<icon gap:platform="android" src="res/icon/my_icon.png" />"
> property, the image I just specified is not being reflected in
> platforms/android/res/drawable folder. I do not want to change the icon
> manually from the drawable folder. Is there any way to do this? BTW, I'm
> using cordova-cli.
