create script fails with:
[BUILD] Populating application source
[BUILD] Parsing config.xml
[ERROR] Error: ENOENT, no such file or directory
'BB10_3.0.0rc1/cordova/default-icon.png'
only fails with update of mobile spec, but cannot find reference to
default-icon.png
