Would it make sense to document a preferred case, even though the parsing code
may be case insensitive? The reason I ask is that I've been playing with an
XSD, and XML names are normally case sensitive. Then the XSD could enforce the
preferred case, even though the parsing code may be more relaxed. So if the xml
doc validates against the XSD, then it is sure to be good for the parser.
