Yes, that is what I meant. The idea of having an XSD would be it is there as an
optional tool, it wouldn't be enforced. At most it would generate warnings. The
thought is that it is easier to debug syntax errors in an xml file using xmlint
at a command line before application build, than it is to debug them on the
device after application build and getting unexpected behaviors.
