URL: https://github.com/apache/cordova-paramedic/pull/226

The `instruments` command has been deprecated in Xcode 12 and removed in
Xcode 13, which causes the `getSimulatorCollection()` function to fail to list
the simulators. The `instruments` command in Xcode 12 includes a deprecation
warning that says to use `xcrun xctrace` instead.

   For more info, see #225.
