When trying to save a contact with non ascii characters (éèëê for example), the 
contact get wrongly encoded characters in the contact book.

For example, trying to save: Sébastien Alix would result in Sébastien Alix in 
the BlackBerry10 contact book.

Tested on iPhone and Android, it save as expected.
