When I run media capture spec tests on Windows8 I see that the following test
fails "capture.spec.12 MediaFile constructor should exist"
This is because new MediaFile(); throws 'Object doesn't support this action'
exception.
Reason: W8 specific implementation fully redefines common MediaFile definition.
