plugman depends on npm
cli depends on plugman
cli doesn't depend directly on npm.
You think CLI clean up is done for CLI, and now what's left is to trim down
plugman with its dependencies?
This awesome work you tackle today [~agrieve], I have folks asking me why CLI
is so big, and with the npm infrastructure takes so much time to download
