This includes some plugman clean-up as well.
CLI's node_modules are now 7.8 meg
Plugman's are now 15 meg.
One last thought is that we could have plugman not include npm in its
node_modules, but instead use the copy that's already on the user's machine.
(would remove another 10 meg).
Still, this is down from about 70 meg at the beginning of the day :)
