When I run "cordova platform list" on windows 8, windows 7 was not a possible
platform, so I assumed the windows7 Cordova desktop option was not available on
windows 8. Is it just that nobody added windows7 as a option in the windows 8
Cordova CLI? I am happy to help add in this option if building with windows 7
platform is indeed supported on windows 8.
