My env is:
{Xubuntu 13.10 x86_64}
{node -v = v0.10.25}
{npm -v = 1.4.13}
{cordova -v = 3.5.0-0.2.4}
My project was running on cordova 3.4.1, and didn't have the
*AndroidLaunchMode* settings on it's root config.xml at that time (as expected
because it didn't exist). I then upgraded via
{code}
cordova platform update android
{code}
reinstalled all plugins, and did
{code}
cordova build
{code}
and then checked all modified files through git.
I have FacebookConnect and SocialShare plugins installed, other than a few of
the official ones.
