I've implemented the cordova contact picker plugin in an ionic ios sample app.
The issue that I'm running into is that on first run, after the contact picker
asks for permission to contacts, I don't see the search box at the top of the
contact picker. On subsequent calls to the contact picker, everything shows up
correctly.
