All issues in CB-8032 have almost been resolved (the code just has to be pulled
in), two core plugins (File and Camera - basically plugins that return a
file:// url) had to be updated to use the local-webserver solution. Because of
the upcoming holidays, I anticipate it would still be weeks before everything
is fully tested etc, and we can send it out for expanded beta testing to the
community (Mid Jan 2015?). Anybody can test it now if they are so inclined.
