I concur with [~sebrojas].
What does the Cordova team recommend until cordova-ios 4.0.0 is out?
Because having <plugin name="cordova-plugin-whitelist" spec="1"/>
in config.xml causes download and failed installation of
cordova-plugin-whitelist-1.1.0.
