Ok, I'll just reply to myself promptly :)
The following seems to work for the time being (Keeping a iOS&Android project
tied to cordova-plugin-whitelist 1.0.0), and until cordova-ios gets the update:
Simply use <plugin name="cordova-plugin-whitelist" spec="1.0.0"/> in your
config.xml
