Tony Homer commented on CB-8047:
--------------------------------
1. "window.shouldRotateToOrientation" is documented (scroll down to bottom of
section):
http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/5.1.1/config_ref_index.md.html#The%20config.xml%20File_multi_platform_preferences
I guess it should be removed now?
2. Also, shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation:interfaceOrientation is still
defined in the template, seems like it should be removed now.
If you'd like, I'll make the changes for 1&2 and open PRs on -ios and -docs and
reference this JIRA?
On a side note, it's a shame that this feature had to be removed.

> After installing the `wkwebview-engine` plugin on ios device (tested iPhone
> 6, iPad mini 2, iPad retina) and enabling all orientations in xcode. Upon
> successful build the devices have fixed portrait orientation that doesn't
> change when device is rotated.
> The `wkwebview` branch of cordova-ios was used. This problem does not occur
> in the `master` branch.
