The issue (at least on KitKat) is that we are trying to use the content
resolver to resolve a {{file: //}} URI and obviously getting nothing back.
Should be a simple fix. Looks like it was probably introduced by [this
commit|https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-camera/commit/929733b8913311f2cfd504937268a8a1d22f4f9a].
