I was unable to identify particular issue cause but looks like there is
something not fully supported by `x-ms-webview`
(https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/dn301831.aspx) which is
used to show web pages in IAB mode. I would recommend to start from
investigating issues above and if one for them could break js logic on the page.
