You can also do the following to investigate the problem:
1. Create cordova app with windows platform which open InAppBrowser when
starting
2. Build
3. Open /platforms/windows/CordovaApp.sln in Visuals Studio (Community Edition
is free)
4. Run CordovaApp.Phone (Windows Phone 8.1) project in Emulator (part of VS)
* You will be able to see error logs
* You will have JS console attached so wll be able to debug page layout/etc,
for example: `document.body.innerHTML`
