I also tried creating a Cordova iOS app and see the iCloud capability is turned
off.
This is really strange since I get so many comments that people have problems
with sqlite databases backed up by iCloud. I suspect they turn iCloud on for
something else.

Personally I would like to see the BackupWebStorage functionality turned off by
default, and ideally moved into a plugin. I can raise a new issue for this.
