You can put the <preference name="orientation" value="all" /> inside the
<platform name="ios"> tag and <preference name="orientation" value="default" />
inside the <platform name="windows"> or outside. In that case iOS will use all
and windows will use default (or all of them except windows if you put default
outside the platforms tag)
