Update: the current ios master branch has a fix
([5c3885b|https://github.com/apache/cordova-ios/commit/5c3885b807f4c9556bf350c72400827a333f78d3])
which uses {{default}} value to allow rotation on iOS, so there is no need to
specify {{all}} anymore.
