Kerri Shotts commented on CB-12208:
-----------------------------------
Your server needs a certificate trusted by your mobile device. Sometimes the
problem stems from a misconfiguration on your server (such as missing the
intermediate CA), but this often occurs from self-signed certificates or
certificates that mobile devices don't trust.
Whatever you do: avoid self-signed certificates like the plague. They will
cause nothing but trouble. Instead, buy a certificate from a trusted CA or use
Let's Encrypt (free).
