Kerri Shotts commented on CB-12208:
-----------------------------------

It's entirely possible for some devices to work and others to fail depending
upon their leniency regarding certificate checking (iOS can be really bad at
this sometimes), and whether or not the device has an installed root
certificate that allows them to trust your certificate or if the device has
been configured to trust your certificate manually. Assuming your certificate
is not a self-signed certificate (avoid!), check with your certificate
authority to verify that their certificate works on Android devices.

It's impossible for us to troubleshoot your backend configuration, and there's
insufficient information to do so anyway. I see you've posted the same question
to the Adobe forums, which is the more appropriate place for this type of
question, but I don't know that you'll get any different of an answer. Best of
luck, though.

Closing for now.
