[~bowserj], it seems it doesn't have to be a fresh install for this error to
occur. Looks like it's affecting everyone who upgraded to Android SDK tools
25.3.x. I can confirm that rolling back updates fixes the issue because it
fixes the filepath issue for the wrapper.
