Yeah, I feel that we will keep the camera plugin but we'll have to break it
apart into more distinct parts:
* For the `takePicture` function in camera it makes sense to use the image
capture spec.
* For choosing a picture from the gallery we should look at using input
elements with the accept property.
* For the video part, I think we break it completely out of this plugin
following the specs you listed.
