I'd like to figure out which particular specs, together, cover the total
functionality already existing under the camera plugin, and put in a plan
together to implement just the specs that give us that. I would caution against
biting off more than we can chew to start. In particular, things like the
MediaCapture-fromelement spec could be sidelined until the JS APIs are
implemented first.
It's a lot to sort through, and we also have to think about what supporting
existing users during the transition to this new API would look like.
