Cordova 7 uses your system's npm to fetch platforms and plugins by default.
Where do you have node and npm installed, and if you type {{npm -v}} at a
command prompt, does it work?
Also, please try adding {{[email protected]}}.
You may also want to try adding {{--nofetch}} to the command, which will use
the pre-7.x behavior. See
