Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I have installed latest Cordova CLI (7.0.1) without problems on Windows 10 with
node 6.10.2 (npm 3.10.10)
Closing as cannot reproduce. Your problem is probably your node installation,
Try removing it completely and reinstalling again (node, not Cordova)
