The problem isn't cordova 7.1.0 but cordova-browser 5.0.0. Cordova 7.0.1 and
cordova-browser 5.0.0 have the same problem, but there isn't the problem with
cordova 7.0.1 and cordova-browser 4.1.0.
However i can't test cordova 7.1.0 and cordova-browser 4.1.0 because i get an
error when i try to install cordova-browser 4.1.0 with cordova 7.1.0.
(Unable to load PlatformApi from platform. Error: Uncaught, unspecified "error"
event. (Does not appear to implement platform Api.)
Error: Uncaught, unspecified "error" event. (The platform "browser" does not
appear to be a valid cordova platform. It is missing API.js. browser not
supported.))
