Installation complete. If you want to use this version, type
nvm use 8.11.3

I am not sure if this step can be skipped. Can you confirm with `nvm ls` again
to make sure that node version is activated? (It should be...)
Does `C:\Program Files\nodejs\` on you computer? Is it a link? Where does it
link to?
Run this command please `cmd "/s /c ""C:\Program Files\nodejs\npm.cmd" -v""`
(copy paste directly to command line).
Can you try another node version maybe?
