The Dockerfile creates the envoironment variable CRAIL_HOME, which points to
the hardcoded version crail-1.0-bin.
To fix this. read the version from the toplevel pom.xml. Further, for increased
usability, move the crail build directory to /home/crail and point CRAIL_HOME
to this location.
