Kind of. They aren't used AT ALL for the dispatch clients. (thus, they are
now misnamed :-( ) And they are only created once (at startup) for the
Provider services. For the port back to 2.1/2.0, I'll have to adjust the
dispatch clients to either pass them in like you did or preferably stop
creating a new one per request. Thanks for the heads up.
