Fix For: 2.4.1
There are a bunch of test failures when building trunk with the IBM Java6 JDK.
I've fixed most of them now (all were issues in the tests, not the core code)
except for anything WS-Security related. There's an issue with WSS4J
(WSS-282 for example) that keep the ws-security stuff from working at this
point. Fix coming in a future version of WSS4J.
