The old Ant build.xml files provided an alternative deploy-to-Tomcat feature
for many examples, functionality in only a few of the Maven pom.xml files. We
should update the wsdl_first and java_first_jaxws samples to provide a
deploy-to-Tomcat profile so people can see standalone Tomcat deployment.
