It is just a matter of supporting duplicate key values for a basic support of
list properties and this I guess should be the end of it, supporting map
properties of the individual providers at the servlet level would make it quite
hairy, extending CXFNonSpringJaxrsServlet will be recommended in more
sophisticated cases
