This task is to rename IDP + STS wars to use hypens (fediz-idp + fediz-idp-sts)
and update documentation.
Currently, the "finalname"s of the wars are "fedizidp.war" and
"fedizidpsts.war", and all of the sample + test configuration is based around
this. However, these artifacts are included in the distribution as (e.g.)
"fediz-idp-1.0.x.war".
This means that the user needs to rename the wars to get them to work with the
samples.
The final names will be updated to use "fediz-idp" and "fediz-idp-sts", along
with all corresponding configuration, and the shipped wars will be stripped
from version information. That way the user can just copy them to Tomcat, etc.
