I've attached two flows. The "SignInRequest" which might be redirected to
another IDP based on the result of the Home Realm Discovery Service. The
"SignInResponse" is new in the IDP as this request comes from another IDP.
Either the "target" SignInResponse must be created (for the application) or for
another IDP (if there are three or more IDPs in the chain).
