Have extended the Fediz STS to support two realms in the following commit:

This STS can be built with the maven profile "realms".
Two integration tests illustrate the identity mapping and claims retrieval. All
resources for this specific STS are located in src/realms/resources and
src/realms/webapp.
The STS URLs are:
