Hi Andriy,
I don't think it is possible to reliably determine from a class signature alone
if a given CXF interceptor is an in/out/out-fault/in-fault interceptor, that is
why I suggested basic 'markers'.
It is also possible that we have clients & servers sharing the same packages,
so in/out interceptor annotations can have qualifiers added to avoid the wrong
components picked up by either server or the client
