Sure, a simple convention like if InInterceptors properties are empty then it
marks an individual in interceptor. If that will work for JAX-WS then it will
def work for JAX-RS :-). Individual annotations can do few more things though
(client or server scope, phase, etc) but that is out of scope for this JIRA
